The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we work and operate. It has forced businesses to adapt quickly to survive, and these changes are now being touted as “the new normal”.

How has your organization been affected? What measures for business continuity did you take? Were your customers affected by the new working from home policies? Did your business grow during the crisis?

This Webinar is an opportunity to share experiences of insurance companies and brokers among the audience. The key takeaway of this webinar is what have we learnt from the pandemic crises. Because we are all in this together, so let’s get together, and get out of it together.

Following introductions, the panelists will kick off the discussion by sharing their experiences. We will hear how their organization reacted when the pandemic was rapidly spreading across the world and what measures that they took that were successful in dealing with the crises as well as those that were not so successful.

The moderator will search for concrete actions and decisions that were taken that contributed to business continuity, safety of staff and customers, and safeguarding revenue and growth.

We will also hear from participants how they continued to operate under lockdown and how they managed to keep servicing their customers.

During the seminar, we will be polling opinions from the audience using an audience response system about points raised in the discussion.
