An integral part of our mission is to provide job readiness, training, work experience, professional and personal development to young persons who finish their education and seek to be employed in the sectors that we cover. This reinforces our mission to promote jobs and careers within the risk, insurance and financial services industry thereby strengthening the human resource pool for these sectors within the region.
For this reason we provide full time programmes to enable young persons to pursue vocational and business skills that employers look for when recruiting staff within their organizations.
Designed as a bridge from education to employment, the programmes are modular, each module covering specific technical and or soft skills depending on the target functional areas such as customer servicing, back office operations, sales, and other technical roles in insurance, financial planning advice and investment operations.
At the end of each of these programmes, participants earn certificates and/or diplomas specific to the target role from RISC Institute and/or our global partners.
Very importantly, we also coordinate with employers in order to provide work experience and employment opportunities for participants completing such programmes. Furthermore, we work with governmental agencies to access funding for their nationals who wish to pursue such programmes.
Participants from across the region are offered a full package at a competitive cost covering all materials, examinations, lectures, accommodation and daily lunch to attend this programme. All our E2E programmes can be delivered in-house for organizations seeking to recruit groups of trainees.
